YUM! My Rocky Road is always a big hit with friends and family, my Nana LOVES it and I make it for her whenever I can.
This recipe is child friendly as it doesn’t contain any nuts, but you can experiment with lots of different ingredients including snakes, raspberries, clinkers, cranberries, pistachios, snickers, peanuts and loads more!
It’s also a great activity to do with the kids, Ava loves to count out all the lollies (and sneak in one or two!) and help stir everything together.
2 blocks Cadbury milk chocolate
2 x 52g Cherry Ripes
2x 55g Turkish Delights
8 Banana Lollies
4 Milk Arrowroot biscuits
6 – 8 marshmallows
1) Roughly chop the Cherry Ripes, Turkish Delight, Banana Lollies, Milk Arrowroot biscuits and marshmallows, mix together in a bowl
2) Melt the Cadbury milk chocolate and pour over the chopped ingredients, mix well
3) Pour into a shallow dish lined with baking paper and place in the fridge, overnight is usually best
5) After the chocolate has set, turn out onto a chopping board and cut into bite sized pieces!
