The Alex Hotel opened it’s doors just a few weeks ago and has already established itself as the new cool kid in town.
Located on James Street Perth right next to the cultural centre, I was given a special tour earlier this week and was blown away by how unique and interesting it is, with so much attention to detail.
From retro bikes lining the entrance (free for all guests), muffins baked in house daily, an espresso bar in the lobby, books, music and magazines for guests to enjoy, a stunning rooftop terrace, bathroom accessories handcrafted by a local artisan and an incredible rooftop terrace – I felt like I was in Europe or New York.
All 74 rooms at The Alex Hotel have super comfy beds, 100 % cottons sheets, Turkish Towels, Sodashi bathroom products, free Wi Fi and complimentary breakfast in the lounge area.
The super chic Shadow Wine Bar and Dining Room is open from 12 midday to 12 midnight for a cheeky glass (or bottle!) of wine or a delicious meal.
