Brought to you by IGA
I’m so excited to bring you a series of IGA lunchbox ideas this week!
I’ll also have a $50 IGA voucher up for grabs EVERY SINGLE DAY for the next 5 days!
I’m really passionate about making both my daughters (Ava almost 4 and Chloe 17 months) food fun and healthy using fresh and local products, but it’s not always easy with a busy lifestyle.
IGA have conducted research that shows 8 out of 10 parents feel time pressured when it comes to making their children lunch and 9 out of 10 parents struggle to keep their kids excited about what’s in their lunchbox.
So this week is all about helping YOU create a lunch box your kids will love!
Ava had lots of fun coming with me to our local Supa IGA and helping choose fruit and veggies for her lunch box. If she’s involved with creating her lunch box, there’s a better chance it will come home empty and I have peace of mind knowing the produce at our IGA is sourced locally and is as fresh and healthy as possible.
I always look for a variety of colour, taste and texture when creating a lunch box – something savoury, sweet, soft and crunchy to make lunch boxes as interesting as possible for curious little taste buds.
What’s In the Lunch Box?
Lunch box banana
Mini sunglass fruit skewers with strawberries, grapes and blueberries
Wholemeal wrap with light cream cheese and grated carrot
