I’ve just started Gymbaroo again with Ava, and I’m so happy to be back! Gymbaroo was the very first activity we went to when she was just four months old and we continued up until she was 18 months old. It taught me so much about her development and I would leave each class understanding the importance of tummy time, massage, music and rhythm and so much more – all while having lots of fun and quality time with my little girl. Now Ava’s a very energetic toddler, she loves it just as much and is learning to cross the overhead ladder to develop strong upper body control which will be really important later on for fine motor control of a pencil. (I love that I understand why this is important!).
Gymbaroo is fast paced and keeps children active and busy from the moment it starts, with lots of different activities from dancing, singing, massage, bubbles, treasure bag and parachute time, plus free play in the gym.
Ava and I have really enjoyed trying lots of different activities over the past two and a half years, but I can confidently say that Gymbaroo is my absolute favourite, I’ll definitely be taking our new baby when he or she arrives in a few weeks time.
