Ava has recently become much more interested in what she’s wearing and is developing quite a flair for fashion. She loves everything girly, colourful and pretty and she absolutely LOVES tutus! Most days she likes to team her tutu with gumboots – and I think she pulls it off pretty well!
Love heart tee, sequin bow, hot pink tutu and spotted gumboots for toddler gym!
Spotted tutu, spotted gumboots and fluro pink leggings for Kindy Dance.
A sparkly tutu with leopard print leggings and ‘Pussy Cat’ Converse for the park.
I always thought that if I had a little girl, I would let her develop her own sense of self and style as much as possible and it seems that at two, Ava is already becoming an independent little person. During the week we went to the park where she made friends with two lovely older girls, and she didn’t want her Mumma to be so close. I found a spot on the grass where I could keep an eye on her from afar. It was one of those moments when I realised my baby is slowly but surely becoming her own person. It made me sad that she’s growing up so fast but very proud of the beautiful (and super stylish!) little girl she is becoming.
